Q: Are your saddle pads English or Western?
    A: Our standard style are English saddle pads, we also offer western saddle blankets.

Q: What type of English saddle does your saddle pad fit?
    A: Our saddle pads will fit any type of English saddle, but were made with a Dressage saddle pad shape in mind. Will fit a saddle with Mattes or bump pad.

Q: What are the dimensions of your saddle pads?
    A: Our standard size pads are approximately 25  1/2" top length, 20" girth and 27 1/2" longest length.
        Our pony sized pads are approximately 21  1/2" top length, 18" girth and 22" longest length. Can be made to your specifications.

Q: Are the saddle pads machine washable, even the ones with bling?
    A: Yes, ALL of our saddle pads are washable, it is recommend that they are hung up to dry.

Q: What type of keepers are used?
    A: We only use Velcro keepers to ensure that they will fit any saddle type.

Q: How long does it take to make a custom pad?
   A: Our normal turn-around time is 14-21 business days.

Q: How do I order a custom saddle pad?
   A: Easy! Just order in the shop or email us with questions.

Q: Do I have to get a solid color custom pad?
     A: Absolutely not! Email us what you are looking for and we'll let you know what we have in stock or what we can order.

Q: What if I need my saddle pad right away?
    A: We do offer a rush service of $20 (does not include expedited shipping) and you will receive your saddle pad in 1-3 days. * Rush service is subject to the availability of items.

Q: Do you allow returns?
    A:Non-custom saddle pads may be returned for up to 7 days after receipt. MUST be unused. Saddle pads are non-returnable after use or washing to mask use. Customer pays return shipping, unless otherwise noted.
        Custom pads or pads that have monogramming are non-returnable, non-refundable.

Q: How do I return an item?
    A: You must contact Unique Saddle Pads for any return. Customer pays return shipping, unless otherwise noted. If an item is  replaced or fixed the customer will not have to pay shipping back to them. If an item is replaced, then the original item MUST be  returned before the replacement will be shipped. The original item becomes the property of Unique Saddle Pads upon replacement.
